Deepak has rich experience assisting small and large companies around the world. He is passionate about software-based inventions and business methods. Technologies he has worked with include software, RF communications, sensors, disk drives, servo systems, static and dynamic memory cells, databases, publishing systems, virtual reality and much more. He also worked on several mechanical inventions such as automotive, environmental and wastewater treatment inventions.
Rob has worked for several years acquiring patent protection in the computer and electrical arts for industry leaders such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, STMicroelectronics, and Amazon. Rob’s prosecution experience spans a multitude of technologies, including operating systems, computer architecture, database systems, e-mail software, wireless technologies, computer animation, networking, cryptography, printer technology, and mechanical devices.
In the summer of 2002 Trinity began working for the firm Wells St. John, P.S. as a Mail Clerk. At WSJ she worked her way up to Docket Clerk, managing the docket for up to six attorneys. It was there that she began her love of Intellectual Property law. She has been working with Malhotra Law Firm on a contract basis since March 2013 as a Patent Scientist, and is planning to take the Patent Bar exam.
Tammy St. John
She has worked in the legal field since 1999, when she worked in docketing. In 2000, she started bookkeeping work. From 2003 to 2009, she worked at a boutique Intellectual Property firm where she prepared and revised form templates, trained new paralegals, and processed and filed legal documents for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation. She brings that experience to Malhotra Law Firm PLLC.
